November 25, 2023 - Bonne surprise, non seulement, parce que ce cépage me paraît souvent rustique, mais aussi parce que les notes CT étaient peu engageantes.
Joli fruit noir au nez, c’est propre, pur, sombre et de caractère, épicé poivré, pointe d’humus ou de sous-bois, encore jeune.
En bouche, je retrouve un cépage sérieux, un peu austère et acidulé mais le fruité le sauve, et une certaine recherche de finesse de grain. Ça me rappelle les cépages alpins que les vignerons locaux s’évertuent à vinifier en douceur (mondeuse, etraire…). Après… on est quand même à la cascina Fontana! ;-)
Le genre de vin à boire sans doute entre 4/7 ans pour domestiquer la rugosité de son modeste pedigree… (n’est pas nebbiolo qui veut) -
