April 28, 2022 - Purchased at their tasting room in Paso Robles.

Appearance: Light clear gold colored with some green

Nose: Medium aromas of apricot, butter, and cream with notes of toast.

Palate: Light bodied, medium acid, light phenolics, fairly creamy texture. Medium clean and fresh flavors of lemon, pineapple, and cream. Medium/medium(+) balance, medium complexity, and a medium/medium(+) length flinty and tropical finish.

Fresh and light with lots of dairy aromas and flavors. Would be a wonderful sipping wine for a hot summer evening!
