Community Tasting Notes 3

November 26, 2021 - Slightly golden straw yellow. The nose shows fragrant aromas of apple pie, orchard fruits, white flowers, minerals and a bit of toast. This is medium light bodied on the palate with excellent concentration and very good class. The fairly long finish features a mineral element. Great stuff!

March 1, 2021 - Light color. The nose shows refined aromas of orchard fruits, minerals, white flowers and a hint of nuts. This is light bodied on the palate with excellent finesse and very good concentration. The medium plus length finish features a mineral element.
