January 11, 2024 - Funk had to air off – at this point a double decant helps quite a bit. Intense grapefruit on the nose (but not the bitterness in the mouth or finish), along with a suggestion of candlewax and pleasant whiff of kerosene. Super well balanced on the palate with a generous finish that leaves hints of green apple flavor. Very well balanced. Generous and dry.

November 26, 2023 - Glass as an aperitif. This was extremely concentrated with fennel, grapefruit, underripe guava and long mineral finish. Beautiful camomile nose. Very fresh. 93+
