March 17, 2022 - Great Beaujolais style wine. Young, fresh, a bit of fizz and very fruity. Pomegranate with a bit of spice. Good with corned beef.

July 6, 2021 - As the name Nouveau would indicate, this is carbonic and it's very nicely done. Fresh and fruity, but not silly candy fruit and not with any off-putting esters. Really just a pure expression, lightweight with a touch of spice, a bit crunchy. Chilled this was great with dinner outside on a warm evening and paired nicely against a spiced fried chicken dish.
