July 2, 2021 - Didn't know what to expect out of a Chasselas, but it's very pleasing. And, despite being a lesser-known grape grown mostly in Switzerland, this one still comes across as very Alsatian. There's a creaminess to the medium body, a faint hint of tropical fruit, and an underpinning of mineral. It's both eminently quaffable with a lemony kick, and complex with layers of flavor lurking beneath the surface. Fun and intriguing.
