  April 3, 2024 - Easter bottle. Nose of orange blossoms. Tropical fruit, orange peel, Meyer lemon curd, and fresh pineapple juice. Viscous, long on palette, flint lock & hint of Asian 5-Spice. Outstanding as always! Continues to set the bar for top sav blanc in US market.

  February 19, 2024 - Opened and tasted o. its own. Then enjoyed with food (lemongrass chicken with vermicelli rice noodles, in case you were wondering.)
  Light straw color.
  Nose offers lemon peel and some unripe pear.
  Good bright lemon on the intro with kiwi and touch of grass. Nice mouthfeel with a bit of lanolin on the finish.
  Enjoyable. I think the age gave this a nice texture.
  
  14% abv.

  January 25, 2024 - Very nice with fairly bold body. Tropical fruit, definitely some butter notes and with a mineral finish. Very nice and complex.

  December 6, 2023 - PNP at the restaurant with seafood. Good mouthfeel, a bit of sweetness, less grassy classic SB taste. Long on the finish. Really good. BUY
