November 13, 2023 - Pop and pour. Notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: loads of lemon oil, grilled nuts, stone. Seems fully mature. On the palate: lovely acidity, but leans a touch oily, loads of spice and some minerality, but finish is a bit short. Drink up, if this btl is representative.
