July 26, 2022 - Very good Mencia from Bierzo region. Bought this in a supermarket in Spain for ~10 Euros. Very balanced, rich red fruit, quite some vanilla oak, but well integrated, silky tannins. Lovely wine and excellent qpr. But somewhat disjointed on second day. Drink now. Agglomerated cork. - 89 points
