January 14, 2024 - Superbe chenin demi-sec (tendre). Encore jeune, il offre déjà énormément de plaisir. Bel accord mets-vins avec les fromages et les plats salé-sucré.

October 7, 2023 - Very gentle like the background label promises. The tropical flavors were reminding me of dessert wine but there was not that much residual sugar. The acids were mellow which limits the applicability of the wine with food. More acidity would have improved this wine a lot as the aromas were very enjoyable.

January 19, 2022 - Even at this young stage this 2019 vouvray "Bouchet" from producer Francois Chidaine is an amazing experience! Pale golden in the glass. On the palate ripe apple, various yellow fruit, hay, dried flowers, honeysuckle, limestone minerality. It has great balance between acidity and residual sugar. The wine is rich with depth and structure with freshness. Will age well.

October 7, 2021 - A bit shy on the nose, subtle mineral aromas and citrus; much more intense on the palate, really full of energy and vibrancy. Long, lovely mid palate spread of flavour. Fantastic - bravo!
