May 1, 1995 - Still alive, but not so much kicking anymore. Was much better a few years ago. It is my last bottle and that is a good thing. It should have been finished already. I’ll score it anyway

August 14, 1993 - Still lovely, but old age is showing now. The 1976 characteristics were well hidden in the past but now they start to show; medium bodied and just a little too much acidity. Nevertheless still a great pleasure.

July 1, 1988 - Dark carmine with a brown edge. Deep and rich bouquet. Complex with a lot of nuances, cassis and good oak. The taste is full bodied, spreading in the whole mouth, with liquorice, cassis, and some iron. There are dry and young sticky tannin. Long and complex aftertaste. Overall a beautiful, but a little straight forward wine. Nevertheless it has a lot to offer and I would not mind having a case in this stage, because the wine has potential for several years.
