August 25, 2022 - Light and crisp watermelon with interesting herbaceous notes and what might be a touch of some sort of earthy spice. paired really well with food specifically our kohlrabi zucchini spinach hash

April 17, 2022 - Pale salmon in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of strawberries, cherries & some citrus notes with overtones of floral & minerals notes. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, crisp, ripe fruit flavors of strawberries, citrus & cranberries with minerals. Lingering dry & crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present.
