February 23, 2024 - T's 45th Birthday (Søllerød Kro): From magnum. Lovely and classic expression of Spätlese but not as compact and sweet as I would have expected. Lovely peach and pineapple fruit and with a persistent aftertaste.

August 7, 2023 - PNP. Even if still incredibly young this was actually showing very well. Lovely nose of apricot, white peach, elderflower, mashed pear and quince jam. On the palate the wine is light, elegant, seamless, but very intense with terrific balance. Loads of Cassis, lemonade, mint and melon. A brilliant and pure Spätlese, one of my favourite of the vintage.

September 18, 2022 - Lovely over two nights. Tropical fruit with cream but all on a relatively light frame and balanced by good acidity. No doubt it will age well, but enjoyable now and everything is in balance.

Prep: Pop n’ pour
Aromas of honeyed yellow peach, lime zest, and slate. Light in body with zesty acidity balancing the sweetness of the wine. More leaning on tropical fruit on the palate, so enjoyable!4 people found this helpful Comment
