Kind of like a Macon in structure but with greener character that really asks for veggies or seafood, bright and salty but more texture and body than you’d find in eg a Sauv Blanc at this level. Great pairing with lemon asparagus caper risotto.

April 25, 2022 - Strong floral thiols burned off quickly. Pear, yellow apple, citrus. Structure was a little light and finish was short. Drank with chicken and cauliflower tacos.

February 5, 2022 - Solid white rioja. Strong oak flavors with just a hint of bandaid. Bottle may have been slightly corked but other tasters in the group didn't think so. Nutty and meyer lemon notes throughout, moderate complexity. Good qpr.
