July 16, 2023 - Lone Madrone Tasting (Paso Robles) (Lone Madrone Winery): Excellent. Drinking well already and showing potential for even better things to come (~5 years?). The blend kind of straddles a Tablas Esprit and Cote at 40% Mourvèdre, 25% Syrah, 25% Counoise, 10% Grenache. Unfortunately, notes I thought were jotted down for this were not! Some meatiness with a nice acid cut and pretty aromatics.
