April 27, 2023 - Både tropiska frukter, kokos, vanilj och smör men snyggt avskuret av en citronspäckad, saliverande syra som på intet sätt är påträngande, likväl så levande.
Upplever 2019 som mindre kantig och mer fokuserad i syran än föregående årgång. Stekt torskrygg med brynt dillsmör och friterad kapris lyfter citrus-syran och en bit Comté en stund senare lyfter de höga, mintiga tonerna. Löjligt gott utan att för en sekund bli banalt, och med en löjligt låg prislapp sett till sin kvalitet. -

May 28, 2021 - Green and yellow fruit including ripe yellow apples, lemon and lime. Hint of butter and minerals. The ripe fruit is beautiful balanced by a great acidity that reminds me a bit of ‘17 and ‘14. High intensity and long finish. (90-91)
