June 23, 2022 - Wow, this one is truly enticing. Deep golden in the glass. Nose is v expressive and deep, bringing citrus prel, tropical fruits, a good dosis of sea breeze, salinity and bitterness. Medium+-bodied, round and rich palate, flavours as per nose, incredible acidity and probounced salinity - a true touch of the ocean.

May 1, 2021 - A relatively golden colour but a rather fresh and crisp nose w. citrus fruits, flowers and sea. A medium and slender body, pronounced acidity and quite mineral. Dry and citrussy w. grassy elements and seaweed. Some depth to the palate which I believe stems from the time on the lees. Very good.
