January 26, 2023 - By the glass at the BA Lounge, LHR. Freshly opened .
Very much the textbook Aussie Shiraz albeit also more relaxed and less pushed like some of its kin. Young and on the fruit at this stage , spice and juicy . 87

October 27, 2022 - Deep opaque purple, almost black. Raspberry, blackberry, cherry jam, black pepper, mace and sage on the nose. It smells sweeter than it tastes - this has proper acidic (and alcoholic) bite. The alcohol dominates a little on the finish, though I quite like that. Loads of menthol and eucalyptus on the long finish. It is medicinal but not unpleasantly so. After a few hours in the glass it gives some fruitcake and Amaro notes. I’d give it some more time.

October 23, 2021 - When only the let loose leering stomp of Barossa shiraz hedonism will do for you tonight, this is a great pick. Blue and red fruits, vanilla, touch of mint and spice. Fine powder to kitten tongue tannin. Adequate length. Such a joy, if you’re in the mood, and I am.

June 19, 2021 - Dark brooding red colour. Nice rich red fruit nose. Lovely round mouthfeel with a strong tannin based finish. A great example of a well priced Barossa shiraz. Decanted for 30 minutes.
