December 24, 2022 - Very good quality Niagara Peninsula Riesling. Acidity helps contain the sweetness of the wine well. Modestly perfumed with notes of fresh white lilies, tinned pears, lemon peel, green mango skins and wet pebble stone minerality. Really refreshing stuff. Drinks great now and should hold up and possibly improve for another 5ish years.
