  March 7, 2024 - Straw/ yellow. Tart green apples and pears, supported by lemons and limes. Tropical guava and pineapple with a lot of litchi. Eric points out classic rose petals. Then ginger, orange peel, clover honey and some river rocks. Off-dry with nice balance and length
