This needed a lot of air to open up, only hitting its stride after a few hours open. Very bright, red fruited, structured. -

July 10, 2022 - Consistent with prior note. Great with burgers and grilled zucchini on a lovely temperate summer evening. Kind of an ideal wine for outdoor summer dining when you can't make up your mind whether you want to drink red, white, or rose.

December 17, 2021 - Decanted. Now 1.5h after decant. Aromas of jolly rancher cherries and raspberries, herbs, and a bit of bark and earth. Palate w jolly rancher cherries and blackberries, a bit of herbs, minerals and bark. Excellent acids as always and moderate tannins on a medium body. Juicy and delicious. Glou glou w some structure. Nicely done.
