July 2, 2022 - Decanted. Now 1.5h after decant. Cloudy ffold/light orange color. Aromas of chamomile, flowers, orange blossoms, a bit of ginger, and bark. Palate w chamomile, tea, orange, apples, a bit of ginger, nice minerals,. Excellent acids with mild+ tannins. Short finish. This is so easy to drink but also w nice complexity. 91+

December 21, 2021 - Decanted. Now 1.5h after decant. Cloudy, light orange yellow color. Aromas of ginger, beeswax, apples, oranges, spices, green herbs, bark. Palate be ripe apples, flowers, ginger, a bit of bark w mild tannins emerging on midpalate accompanied by oranges. Nice bit moderately short finish. Nice acids. Medium bodied. Nicely balanced. Complex. Juicy. Delicious. Yet quaffable.This is really nice. What a great QPR.

June 30, 2021 - Beautiful nose: chamomile, jasmine, apples, lychee, honey, beeswax. This nose is stunning: space unicorns, as Hardy would say. On the palate, medium acid and medium tannins. More herbal than fruit on the palate, but super nice. Solid example of a lighter orange wine.
