January 15, 2023 - This is a delicious kosher wine from Walla Walla Valley.

Pretty color. Deep Inky with a reddish rim.

Beautiful and powerful nose with notes of wild flowers.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Showing black plums, licorice, light oak, vanilla, light vegetables, tobacco, bonefire smoke, chocolates, coffee, peppercorn, cola, herbs, black tea and graphites.

Long tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla Valley is drinking very nicely now. Rich yet Elegant and fruit forward.

Soft, spicy and interesting, with nice complexity and mouthfeel.

I had it a year ago and it is already drinking better. Will continue to age nicely in the 7 to 10 years.

Good by itself or with food. Will pair nicely with BBQ Meats. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

    Kosher and not Mevushal.

    14.5% alcohol by volume.

    92 points.

    $90.

December 17, 2022 - another fantastic showing. Classic ripe cassis dark briary berry expression of Cabernet classic for Washington state. Drinks beautifully now. Great concentration, ripe fruit, great balance. Long finish. Delicious. Drink now to 2029.

November 5, 2022 - Another excellent showing with plush sweet ripe concentrated fruit typical for Washington State flavors. This is an excellent made wine that is approachable young. Likely best now to 2029. Excellent concentration and complexity and the fact that it is approachable now I would highly recommend at least trying this.

July 19, 2022 - A nice delicious velvety plush red with typical flavor profile of a Washington state Cabernet Sauvignon. Drinks really well now. My guess is this is best for current consumption. No rush to drink it but probably best to drink in its youth. A really nice addition from Washington State

February 20, 2022 - Deep purple in color with a purplish rim.

Fruity nose of black currants, plums, oak, cloves, vanilla, spices, chocolates, bell pepper, tobacco, bitter herbs, vegetables, earth, licorice and black pepper.

Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and fat legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, figs, light oak, spices, chocolates, green vegetables, herbs, dark coffee, alcohol, graphite and peppercorn.

Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State is already tasty and good by itself.

Good right out of the bottle, and gets earthier as it opens up (1 hour).

This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth and soft. Fruit forward and elegant.

Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Would Age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.

A very enjoyable sipping wine, and good with food too. Will pair nicely with BBQ Meats. Kosher and not Mevushal.

    14.5% alcohol by volume.

    $90.
