January 23, 2023 - Drinking perfectly now. Paired with pear and Gorgonzola ravioli and made a buerre Blanc sauce with the wine.

December 19, 2021 - Évidement qu’on retrouve des notes de beurre, pain grillé et fruit exotique. Le bois et le gras ne sont pas si omniprésent et le vin garde quand même son équilibre malgré qu’on est dans le cote très charnu du spectre dans le chardonnay. Globalement très satisfait.
