March 29, 2024 - Faded garnet/plum, slightly dusky with a soft rim. Perfume wafting up from the glass oft turned earth, moss, dried cherry, and leaves. Light bodied, medium alcohol. Delicate and subtle on the palate, more cherries and cherry pits.very dry tannins, medium finish. Closed up after first pour big opened back up about three hours later

August 20, 2022 - Fragrant, fruit and chinese 5 spice, light but long finish. Not normally a style I like but this is very pure, well made and very delicious with duck
