July 28, 2018 - Drinks like an aged Burgundy. The nose is funky, slightly composted, and very complex, with notes of forest floor, dry twigs, lemon zest, tarragon, and juniper. Light-bodied, silky palate, with smooth tannin and bright acidity. Flavours of beef stock, tarragon, lemon, and forest floor. Shows lots of vinegar at first, but it soon fades away.

June 15, 2018 - Wonderful nose: capsicum, olive, and red cherry, with hints of leather, rose petals, and sea salt. Palate is very old and dusty, but nice. Flavours of red cherry and cranberry, hints of capsicum and capers, and background notes of forest floor and leather. Showing its age, but with a good balance of sharp fruit and funky aged notes.

May 3, 2007 - Corked. Drink up, these won't last much longer. Very evolved colour, ok (at best) wine lurking underneath the cork. Nothing special here, pretty average Shiraz.
