April 5, 2024 - While there is plenty of tropical fruit here, there is also an admirable balance with mint and minerality...as a result, a very nice profile for pairing with the scallops served at Mikado.

March 24, 2023 - This is classy. Wonderful balance of silky fruit and balancing freshness. Very pleasing oak, not at all overdone. Medium to full weight, very satisfying glycerin unctuous mouthfeel. This has white peach and sweet melon - delicious. Long and layered. Drinking now and will improve over the next few years before the tertiaries arrive.

May 26, 2022 - 13.9% alcohol. This is just such a classy, seamless wine. The Arista touch on Chardonnay is superb. Beautiful bouquet of apple, judicious oak spice, and lemon. The palate is precise and dialed in. It gives the impression of richness but is also light on the palate. The acidity flexes some muscle but remains refined. Excellent on the finish. Great stuff. A

July 10, 2021 - Always a fan of Arista Chardonnay. Very nice on the nose with buttery lemon and mango coming through. Strong finish
