November 18, 2023 - Granny smith apples, warmed lemon juice, notes of lime zest. Finishes with golden pear flavors. Yeast notes are barely present. The style is crisp and cleansing.

March 17, 2023 - Different and better than previous bottles and vintages for some reason. Had those brioche and nutty flavors I love. Deep wine with a long finish. Was really good.

February 2, 2023 - 88 Feb 2023 👃 very bready with ripe apple 👅 not too bubbly which is nice sometimes as it allows better tasting. Apple, lemon pith. Less complexity than a big house NV champagne but pretty decent. Similarly priced to a NV champagne though so doesn't work from a value perspective. Would not buy again.

January 1, 2023 - This wine punches way above its price. Good complexity, many subtle notes. No harshness at all and at $35 this is an absolute steal. Popped and poured at midnight for NYE
