March 23, 2015 - Started off with lots of yellow fruits that were starting to brown, almost like a bruised peach. But delicate at the same time. With a little bit of air, the acidity became more high-toned, and notes of sweet tea started to emerge in the background. Mind you, all of this is in a very lithe, ballerina-like frame. Really impressive.
