December 13, 2023 - Shared this with my wine group at an Indian restaurant. Opened, but not decanted for about 45 minutes before pouring. We all liked the Carignane, but felt it was better without the food, as it didn't pair particularly well with the Indian food.

Sour cherries stood out. Day 2 it had mellowed to what I would consider a simple table wine with cherry still at the forefront. Bottle had high amount of sediment as well. I’d guess this will be better in a couple years but ultimately it is expendable.
