April 6, 2022 - An exercise in balance. Proper oak seasoning like a pinch of salt - does its job, enhances, doesn't get in the way. Employed in typical Burgundian policy. Elegant subtle apricot peach, starfruit and vanilla. The mouth has good texture and flavors of peachy vanilla wafer, almond skin bitter decent.
