Community Tasting Notes 2

November 10, 2023 - Feels very young, which isn't a surprise for such a recent vintage. High mouth-drying tannins, high acidity, more than-average sweetness for a dry wine. Fragile aroma and short aftertaste. Frankly speaking, I have some doubts regarding the further aging capability. I simply cannot imagine that this gosling could ever turn into a swan. That is also indirectly confirmed by reading the reviews on previous vintages, eternally admitting that the wine still feels not ready yet. This time I will refrain from giving a score, but it might be somewhere in the mid-eighties.

August 8, 2021 - By the glass. Another "vigneron independent", I have lost count of how many tonight. On the nose sanguine orange notes are interspersed with other of black liquorice. Everything very simple and direct. Tannic, dense and reserved in the mouth. Even being a basic example, its time will come.
