August 31, 2022 - Pop and pour. Juicy Cab Franc blend with silky palate, delicious with brie.

December 27, 2021 - A bit too acidic and therefor highly unbalanced. Still drinkable and and primarily showing red fruit. I was looking forward to some Cab Franc character and it was lost in the acidic fruit.

November 4, 2021 - Deep red color with slow legs. Oak, cassis and mixed berry on the nose. Plum, black cherry, vanilla and tobacco on the palate. Long leathery to satin like finish.
