February 20, 2023 - decent wine - although we had better LMs from Napa Valley from previous years. The wine was paired with a superb prime rib roast - and it was completely overwhelmed by the roast; it did not complement this a delicious prime rib roast with bone...a better choice would have been a Silver Oaks Napa valley cabarnet or a caymus...or an aged exceptional Bordeaux... lesson learned - do not skimp on the wine if u are serving choice prime beef...the wine should also have been choice as well.....
