August 27, 2022 - Looked at my notes from last bottke and could pretty much just say “ditto”. Very nice Rose. Served chilled well with pork side ribs. Was a nice pairing. Sadly Rose season is starting to come to an end as August disappears

July 16, 2022 - Will preface by saying we aren’t typically into rose or white except in summer with seafood. Very classy Rose to us. Very dry. Nose has a bit of a flowery and light berries. Follows I to the palate with a bit of spice. We found it interesting and complex. Paired with freshly caught Pacific Chinook salmon seared med rare and served with a nice Greek yogurt/dill dip. Great pairing!

July 5, 2021 - Fine, fragrant & bone dry - what more can one ask for?
Although the finish is short, the nose is complex with red rose, pepper & ginger.

July 2, 2021 - Bright. Crisp. Fresh. Strawberries. Super dry! Served very chilled with grilled pork chops and salad and roasted potatoes. Was a 36C day. Nothing better than a Rose on a hot day. Very refreshing with the meal and the hot day!
