March 19, 2024 - Moscatel Galego Branco monovarietal. Na taça exibiu um amarelo claro, límpido e brilhante com reflexos esverdeados. No nariz um ataque inicial a petrolato, depois frutas como pêssego, damasco e pera, frescor herbáceo. Em boca um vinho de perfil fluido e ligeiro, mas com boa intensidade de sabores e alguma persistência, confirmando o nariz e agregando toques cítricos. Não percebi os esperados traços de dulçor, talvez compensados pela boa acidez, ainda bem ativa.

October 12, 2022 - Retail $25. 100% Moscatel Galego Branco. Agglomerated stopper. As I have said countless times, I have been to Portugal, but not the Duoro and it is wines like this one that make me want to get there as soon as I can. This wine? A brilliant straw in the glass with subtle exotic fruit, white flower, and a hint of white pepper. The palate is completely dry with intense acidity, really good fruit (but in a reserved way), with a bit of weight on the mid-palate and an above-average finish. Very nice.
