November 28, 2023 - Bordeaux Visits - November 2023: Aromas of stone, lemon zest, gooseberry, jasmine and exotic spices. Fresh citrus notes on the palate, along with honeysuckle and white florals, hints of clove and allspice. Medium-plus acid, silky throughout, big finish.

March 6, 2023 - UGCB tasting Bordeaux 2020 Walkaround tasting so in general just short notes (Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam.): Beautiful bouquet with fresh fruits and beautiful oak. Same on the palate, juicy acidity and an enormous length. Beautiful wine. 94+

March 6, 2023 - The 2020 vintage UGCB tasting in Amsterdam 03/06/2023 (Amsterdam): Still partly closed, although the bouquet shows a lot of flowers and gentle wood, some puppy fat, concentration and very elegant bitters; I sugggest the potential for a point more in future.

January 29, 2023 - The 2020 Smith Haut Lafitte blanc is a really nice rendition of this wine, clean and classic, showing good volume of white peach, pineapple, and lemon curd. Pleasantly mouth-filling. Score deferred as I tasted this after the reds.
