  March 17, 2023 - Nase gleichzeitig schroff und betörend. Pflanzlich-rauchige und blumig-süsslich-kirschige Noten. Medizinal. Im Mund schlank, feine Tanninstruktur, aber wieder Forward auf der Aromaseite. süßliche rote Kirschfrucht, Cola und Zitrus. Blut. Leder. Wieder Cola. Nicht die Riesenkomplexität, aber schön trinkig-schlank bei gleichzeitig intensiver Aromatik.

  February 23, 2022 - Hazy ruby red. Dark and a little milky. Nose is quite fragrant and open with notes of wild red berries, flowers, cherry, some spice and green/woody notes as well (whole cluster?). Fresh forest fruits. Slightly volatile. On the palate, quite nice sour red berry and cherry fruit with good mouth feel and rather high fine tannins and quite high acidity. Texture is of soft cotton rather than silk in the best examples. A little chalky. Pretty good density and concentration on the mid palate but the balance isn’t quite all there. The acidity is a bit un-integrated and tannins are chewy and drying. Quite a long dry and slightly sour and mouth puckering finish. This is very ALIVE. Not sure I love the style (a bit raw), but definitely interesting.
