  March 11, 2023 - Very elegant, and nicely lightweight at 12.5% ABV. Textbook Syrah, with lovely dark fruit and some pepper.

  March 11, 2023 - Bas Nez sur le fruit malgré l’âge. Tannins encore structuré mais assez fins. La bouche est fruitée et fine sur le fruit. Parfait sur la raclette bel accord.

  May 5, 2022 - Good color, an elegant wine with an initial funk that blew off. Fairly pure in Syrah flavors but the intensity level is moderate. Nice

  March 18, 2022 - Friday Group Brown Bag Tasting (Eagle Brook CC): Blind. Dark color. Aromas of pine sap, tapenade, black fruit and white pepper. Abundant dark berry fruit on the palate. Spice notes come in on the finish. I had hoped this would have had the benefit of more time to breathe and been in the second flight, but with random rearranging that’s what can happen. Easy to pick out as our syrah in the lineup.

  January 7, 2022 - Popped and poured. Crimson red color. Very much old world syrah, with red berry fruit, spice, white pepper, resiny herb and game aromas. Medium-bodied. Red berry fruit, pepper, iron and something alittle resiny/sappy. Excellent, 90+ pts.
