June 8, 2013 - Dream tasting (@ Merlet): Fresh and floral bouquet with ripe fruits like pineapple. On the palate ripe fruits like pineapple as well, beautiful fresh acidity, some minerals and bitterness. Very pleasant wine.

June 8, 2013 - Dreamtasting #5 (Restaurant Merlet, Schoorl): (Blinded) Ripe and mature, powerful wine, waxy, tasty and fine. Lots of acidity. Not very complex, just very good. Reminds me of a white Pessac. Nobody recognised it as a Chenin... Fine. 17/20
