January 12, 2014 - Opened 5 hours in advance, served at 14 degrees C. Incredible bottle, yet a bit on the young side, could easily be held for 2 or 3 more years as it will improve. Already drinking beautifully though, paired it with a 'Petit Livarot' which came along incredible well with this bottle.

November 11, 2012 - Rubinröd färg med brun kant. I den stora och spännande doften hittar vi jordkällare, kokta grönsaker och champinjoner. Men också lingon (gelé) och målarfärg (!).
I munnen finns en fortfarande pigg syra efter så många år. Fina men korta tanniner. Espressokaffe och murket trä var andra förnimmelser. Lite lik ett Nebbiolo från Piemonte...
