May 29, 2017 - Nose is musky with souis bois, green pepper, charcoal and dark fruit. Palate has high acidity but the fruit is drying out. This is drinking over the peak.

August 13, 2015 - at the end of its age but still amazing. Decanted for almost 2 hours which was probably too long. Was very smooth to the palette and had great legs with steak. If you have this, highly recommend consuming soon.
