February 24, 2022 - Valduero Zoom Tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of peach stone fruit, grapefruit, hint of honey beeswax. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, balanced medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of peachy stone fruit, citrus lemon + tangerine, grapefruit. Rich lightly waxy mouthfeel. Medium+ finish.
    Good quality. Nice pleasant white.

February 19, 2022 - Pale gold. Tropical and lightly floral bouquet. Tastes like a blend of mild California Chardonnay and gentle tropical and peachy Sauvignon Blanc. Would pair well with fried foods or poultry, or would be a better-than-usual crowdpleaser.
