  January 5, 2023 - Very expressive nose of ripe peach and Golden Delicious apple. Creamy medium body and good acidity. Full-flavored, complex palate with citrus, saline, white peach, a bit of tropical fruit, and just the right amount of sweetness.

  November 19, 2022 - Apple, honey, cantaloupe on the front end, with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon on the backend. Missing too much acidity to stand alone but the slight sweetness makes for an excellent pairing with spicy Asian or Latin flavors.

  May 8, 2022 - Pnp to a pale yellow color with aromas of apricot and honeysuckle. The palate followed the nose with apricot and honeysuckle. There was an oily mouthfeel but a medium, crisp acidity helped to cut through it to a short apricot finish. I also got a slight effervescent effect on the tip of my tongue which was not expected. Overall it was an interesting bottle. I got very straightforward flavor and aromas but it felt really well constructed.
