  April 28, 2024 - Fairly deep ruby colored, clear, not quite opaque.
  Ripe darker berry flavored, a bit rustic and chunky in the finish, but a flavorful, fairly full bodied zin. 15.1%

  June 16, 2023 - Will probably buy again. This features bold, red ripe fruit and nice firm tannins as others have noted, but not excessive. It is well balanced, light touch on the spice. Bought direct from winery.

  June 18, 2022 - Brick red in complexion. Chalk, leather, cherry and raspberry define the flavor. Dry with a delicate balance, medium high acidity and grippy tannins. Medium body with a good finish. Highly recommend this. Great bang for the buck.

  March 13, 2022 - Pleasant nose of dark fruits but not a real "fruit forward" wine as the fruit is mixed with spice notes. Well structured tannins indicate it could improve with age. A solid and enjoyable old vine zinfandel now with potential for even more. A second bottle 3 months later was just as good.
