May 15, 2021 - Rubino intenso non lucidissimo, naso complesso e fine, leggermente bruciato, frutti rossi di ogni tipo e punta di pelliccia non sgradevole, qualche tono erbaceo e tostato, sorso molto sapido, il bruciato torna in evidenza con note di caramello, tannino elegante, media lunghezza
