April 20, 2024 - Pop and pour and tasted over three days (not continuosly mind you).
Grassl Cru stem.
Nice purple garnet color.
Nose offers a little funk at first with some mushroom, cedar and sour cherry.
Good structure with the dark sour cherry fruit alongside some mushroom and soy notes. Fresh and zesty acidity.
Has some cedar and red clay notes as well.
I think this will improve with some bottle age to let everything mellow out and meld a bit better.

January 4, 2024 - From 75cl, good cork, decanted 30 minutes. Bottle 7 of 8, and I haven’t written a TN since the first one on 11.07.2022. Well, there wasn’t much to record. Attenuated red cherry fruit, quite astringent and a touch crabby. 87P
