December 12, 2022 - Cape Cru backlog. Lovely acidity, concentrated wine. Flowers, some pear and apple, wet stone, stone fruit, waxy. Good!

September 26, 2022 - 13.5%abv. Deep lemon color. Intense nose of white flowers, mandarin, orange peel, marmalade, ripe orchard fruits, beeswax, wet stone, toasty wood and sweet spices.
Rich and almost full bodied, cut thru by electrifying acidity. Full of energy with layers of flavours rippling thru. Deep stony & flinty minerality adding dimension. Already charming with tremendous potential. Rivaling the best from the Loire Valley.2 people found this helpful Comment -

June 19, 2022 - Day 1 it's quite closed. A bit oily, decent acidity, good minerality and quite vague peach and pear notes.
Day 2 it opened up, lots more acidity but fruit to match. A lovely wine. Can't wait to drink this with a bit more age.
