September 6, 2021 - Nose is crispy red apples, very floral. Palate is pink lady or cortland apples, with a bit of raspberry and a touch of bubblegum. Light acid, but enough to balance out the sweet flavors. Finish leaves just entity to keep you coming back for more.
This was my favorite rosé of 2021.
