November 19, 2022 - Pale gold. Nice, brisk melon, tropical fruit, apple, custard, and vanilla. Light oak is well integrated.

April 21, 2022 - Melon & Gooseberry with a touch of Oak. Med acidity & good balance. Lingering finish with Apple & Herbal notes. Interesting complex yet dry Rioja - perfect seafood pairing

March 20, 2022 - From 75cl, DIAM5 closure, P+P. I thought this was pretty rustic, if not to say crude. Blunt, fat, melony fruit, suspiciously sharp oak treatment (wood? essence? chips?), alarming residual sugar and a rough estery finish. I love white Rioja in a range of styles, but alas, this isn't one of them. No bargain at 15 EUR Dutch retail. 84–85P

October 22, 2021 - Agree with Joe from the '19 vintage. really good...medium body ...oak is mild and integrated nicely. med acid. Alternative to chardonnay with mouth feel and body but no butter. Good.

October 5, 2021 - <$20. Viura 95% & Malvasia 5%. Dry and tasty with slightly high/off balance acidity. Nose shows crisp yellow apples, mangoes, lees, some oak, and a lasting 7 sec finish. Viura is a versatile blending grape grown in N/E Spain & South France (incl. white Banyuls). Malvasia is a 2k+ yr old superstar with the Venetians. Thought to originate in Greece, it’s ubiquitous in the Mediterranean. This grape has low acidity to temper Viura and adds body.
